They are violating EU law

Google is violating EU law by continuing to ensure only ads on 3rd party websites are their ads, generating revenue for only them through their adsense app so only their products showed up excluding Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.

You want to operate in the EU market you have to follow their laws, this has nothing to do with their browser and everything with their data collection and advertising revenue generation.
